Know your number before your next era.
Most owners do not know what their business is worth until it is too late to improve it. Start with a quick estimate, then request a free, confidential assessment.
A quick range in thirty seconds.
Most Main Street businesses are valued on Seller's Discretionary Earnings (SDE): the total cash benefit one full time owner receives. Enter last year's numbers to see a rough range.
This is a rule of thumb, not an appraisal. Real value depends on growth, risk, customer concentration, owner dependence and deal structure.
Example numbers shown. Based on general industry rules of thumb.

Business Saleability Assessment.
For owners thinking about an exit in the next one to three years. I review your numbers the way Iconic does: earnings based and market benchmarked.
- Normalize your earnings so they reflect what a new owner would receive
- Apply sector and size appropriate multiples
- Check the result against real transactions
- Deliver a defensible value range and a short list of value gaps to fix
Then we spend 30 minutes walking through it together. No cost, no obligation.
Thank you, your request is in.
I will reach out within one business day to schedule your review. If you would rather pick a time now, book it here.

General guidance for Main Street businesses. Not an appraisal.
What buyers pay more for.
Low owner dependence
The single biggest driver. If the business runs without you, it is worth more to someone else.
Steady growth
Three years of consistent or rising revenue and earnings support a higher multiple.
Recurring revenue
Contracts, subscriptions and repeat customers make future cash flow predictable.
Diversified customers
When one customer is 30% or more of revenue, buyers see risk and the multiple compresses.
Clean books
Accurate financials with documented add backs build trust. Aggressive add backs kill deals.
Systems and team
Documented processes and a capable team make the transition and the financing easier.
